Mr. Praveen Jamwal serves CNFA as a Managing Director and is a member of the firm’s board of directors. He has overs two decades of experience in dealing with cross border commercial finance transactions. As a committed member of the CNFA’s leadership team, he has been responsible for strategic planning, client relations, business development, and the overall management of the firm. With his visionary outlook, he has been working closely with other internal and external stakeholders of the firm.
Previously, he headed global FP&A function in Export Trading Group (ETG) from 2012 to 2019 and managed strategic planning and analysis function of around 44 countries which consists of of 158+ companies. He has also worked in companies like Shell Oil, S&P Crisil (A Standard & Poor’s company), African Industries Group (AIG), Francorp (A US based Franchise Consulting Group) and Soma Enterprise (Infra & Real Estate group).
Mr. Praveen earned his graduation degree from the University of Delhi and his MBA from the RBS (New Delhi). With more than two decades of international experience covering vivid sectors and managing relations in large MNCs & Government Organizations, at CNFA, he deploys his deep expertise in Financial Services, Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, M&A, leveraged buyouts, issuance of debt and equity capital.
